Our research and development team—composed of skilled scientists with deep domain knowledge—plays a critical role in driving company growth. The R&D division is structured into two key areas: Product Development and Process Development.
The Product Development section is dedicated to advancing upcoming generic APIs through innovative, non-infringing processes that emphasize safety, environmental sustainability, and cost-effectiveness. This team also collaborates closely with the Quality Control unit to carry out analytical research and method development.
The Process Development unit focuses on continuous process optimization to ensure our APIs remain competitive in evolving market conditions. Its mission includes enhancing cost-efficiency, reducing environmental and health-related risks, and improving process safety.
Both teams work in synergy to scale and validate processes—initially at the gram level and then at the kilo scale—within GMP- and GLP-compliant environments. This structured approach enables us to deliver reliable, scalable, and regulatory-ready solutions aligned with global industry standards.
